Why Choose Me

I am a professional in my approach to a business that takes a careful knowledge of the legal and ethical guidelines that surround one of the most important industries in the world, Real Estate. If you are buying or selling a home, land, or business in today’s sue-happy era, it is so important that you have the best representation on your side. Myself, my long-time licensed assistant, and the rest of our staff make it our duty to give you premier service and representation, to use my superior negotiating skills to get you the best deal, and to make you a continued friend and customer for life.

Experience

Fifteen (15) years in the business here in the St. George area; currently serving on the Professional Standards Committee for the Washington County Board of Realtors; current President of St. George GMAC Real Estate; past Vice-President and currently a Director of the Washington County Board of Realtors; Member of the Platinum Club, President’s Cabinet, and Emerald Club for highest production in Real Estate volume.

A Little About Me

I am married with 3 children, 2 still at home. I am originally from England; moved to the U.S. in 1973. I attended high school in Watertown, SD. I have lived in the Black Hills, attended college in Rapid City, worked in Wyoming and South Dakota before moving South to the Phoenix area of Arizona. We moved to St. George in 1993. The intent was to move to a smaller community with a warm climate, and to have less crime, traffic, and pollution to deal with. A safer place for our children! I also felt it would be good to get into real estate in a destination community that was really on the move, as St. George is.

Since I really enjoy golf, boating, and most outdoor life, I have found that St. George is really ideal for me and many of the people who move here. Even if you want to snow ski, you’re only about one hour and 15 minutes from the closest resort.

The good thing is that you don’t have to shovel any snow in St. George!
